Leave it to Gabrielle of Design Mom to have the most gorgeous and charming family portrait photos that I have ever seen! As Gabrielle and her family prepare to move from New York to Colorado they decided to get portraits taken in Central Park.
I knew you would all appreciate seeing these magazine worthy shots. Every detail from the clothes to the props down to the little cupcakes made me swoon!
