I recently purchased this Sugar & Sweets Print by Katie Kirk and couldn’t keep the joy all to myself. I love Katie’s work beyond words and I’m ecstatic that I now own a piece of it. This image doesn’t do it justice, it’s even sweeter in person! The gold shines in the light and the details are immaculate! A girl after my own heart, she was inspired by Martha Stewart, Amy Atlas, Coppola’s Marie Antoinette and Willy Wonka. Swoon!

I bought one of those prints, too – it’s at the frame shop. And I agree that no picture does it justice – the colors are exquisite, especially the gold. Now I’m lusting after her Office Letterpress print, so that I can have a pair!

HA! I actually bought the Office Letterpress print this morning before I went into work! I couldn’t stop thinking about it and it seemed liked the perfect companion to the Sugar & Sweets. Can’t wait to get it!

A perfect rendition of a candy or dessert buffet. Love the retro sweetness! Great find (as always!).
