I am so impressed with what Katie of What Katie Does made for the Travelling Moleskine Project. Something about the embroidery and the paper together makes such a breathtaking combination and the colors she used are equally beautiful. I’m so inspired now thanks to her! I could see some pretty holiday cards in this style or an extra sweet Thank You.

Ok, I know it’s not even Halloween yet but I can’t deny that I am looking forward to the holidays. This handcrafted stocking was sent to me by a friend and college from work. His ever so talented wife Karen, of Maggie Makes, created this beautiful stocking and I just couldn’t wait to share! A set of these would make a lovely gift to a friend or even to yourself. I can’t believe that Halloween is this weekend already! I adore the holiday and all the fun associated with it, but I have to admit, I am completely behind on all my plans for this season. Dressing up is by far my favorite part and my husband and I have managed to put together some fun costumes over the years so I’ve pulled out these images to try to inspire me. I know there are only a few days left but these were all pulled together with only hours to spare so there is still hope. If anyone has some fun ideas I’d love for you to share.
