How Sweet It Is!
March 25th, 2009
I’ve had this beautiful image of a Swiss sugar packet series for some time but could never remember where I found it. After a little poking around I finally found the Flickr page that I originally pulled it from. What a treat to come across it again! I’d forgotten that there were so many other lovely sugar packets from around the world here and I just had to share. Below are just a few of my favorites. So many more to see in this set by Sugar Packet Chad!

These are adorable! I love that someone cared enough to put serious art and detail into sugar packets. They’re a lost art and always delightful to come across.

OH MAN! that’s awesome. seeing such great collections of one thing makes me want to collect everything! I’ve seen great collection of the smallest things… wrapped sugar cubes, hotel door signs, matches, napkins, paper cups, security envelopes, candy wrappers,….the list goes on. Just wish I can decide what to collect. cuz i want it all!

i could see having a pile of these and being desperate for sugar but not opening one. i actually saved the salt and pepper packets from a lufthansa flight that had really interesting designs.
i just found your blog by the way, it’s pretty awesome!

these are totally fantastic. I do hope one day I’m at a coffeehouse and I have the pleasure of a well-designed sugar packet. no more splenda!
