Check out this lovely illustrated wedding invitation and suite! I just love the hand drawn feel and the personalized feeling it invokes. A friend of mine sent me a link to Anna Melcon Bond’s Flickr page (thanks Joseph!) and I instantly fell in love with her work.

I did a little poking around and discovered that this invitation was from Anna’s own wedding. I found some charming shots from her celebration that were too great to pass up. How great is that cake?!

Besides a Flickr page, Anna also has a web site a new blog and looks like a online shop coming soon! Be sure to check them out for more sweet inspiration.

My whole family thinks I’ve gone mad but for some reason I’ve become obsessed with this trend of paper and ceramic deer busts and antlers. I’m not one for hunting or taxidermy but I see the beauty in the silhouettes of these sweet animals and how striking one of these could be in a room. Below are a few of my favorites. So what do you think? Are faux deer busts all the rage or crazy town?

I’ve seen this fad start to creep it’s way into all sorts of mediums. Check out this antler coat rack from Velocity, deer antler socket covers by Nendo seen via On Paper Wings and this iPhone/iPod Touch wallpaper from Poolga.

I know I’m late with this but Nicholas Feltron has published his 2008 Annual Report!
For those of you that aren’t familiar, the Feltron Annual Report is a collection of statistics that Nicholas collects about himself throughout the year. He arranges the stats into perfectly designed graphs and charts. It’s what us nerds view as the perfect form of Information Design. Here are some pics from his newest report.

You can purchase your own copy of the report here along with the previous two reports. He has a folded version for only $5 and a flat version for $10.
What’s even cooler is that Feltron is building a site called Daytum that lets you make your own reports!
